I have never seen a movie that gave me this type of chills. VERY recommendable Horror/Mystery/Thriller!
This movie is so far more than the one bathroom scene everybody knows.
Watch it, you won't be disappointed!

This is a fair show. It’s not very scary due to it being in black and white though and even the shower scene was well, sad. However the last half of the show things actually started to get better. The voiceover part was actually cool…Read moreRead more of this comment

Well, f-f-folks - What could I possibly say about Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho" that hasn't already been said about a 1000 times before?
There can certainly be no doubt about this film's undeniable impact on slasher/horror films that is…Read moreRead more of this comment
This was a rather exciting film - though it started slowly - up until the last 10 minutes or so, when the psychologist's explanatory monologue/ lecture simply ruined the film. The music, especially in the first two thirds of the film…Read moreRead more of this comment
As is probably well-known by now, Hitchcock would allow NO ONE into the theater after the film started. That was because he did the classic misdirect to lull the audience into think they were going to see the old NORTH BY NORTHWEST chase…Read moreRead more of this comment

this is not so much a "scary movie" as it is an exercise in demonstrating the destructive effects of guilt on one's life span (other people can do it to you as a way of warding off their own needful self-realization).

Not sure if I'd ever seen this entire film before - I was a bit too young when it came out.
Great B/W filmography - I do have a background in photography and more so I watch with more than just a consumer's eye, i.e., edge cuts,…Read moreRead more of this comment
