Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, customers receiving overdue notices by mail may experience a delay. This delay does not change when you need to return your items. Woodbridge Library is temporarily closed for renovations as of February 1. Effective Feb 1st, all holds for Woodbridge library will be available at our Ansley Grove Library.

Forgot your PIN?

You will receive an email containing further instructions at the address associated with your account. Your email address has to be on file to reset your PIN online. Contact a library staff to add your email address or visit one of the library branches in person and staff there will be able to activate a new PIN for you. If you are a VPL text subscriber, please alert the text provider every time you change your PIN number by texting NEWPASS to 647-694-1289.
