Labyrinth is a 1986 musical fantasy films that stars David Bowie as the Goblin King, who takes a young girl’s little brother after she wishes him away. The young girl, Sarah, enters the King’s labyrinth to try and make her way through it in order to save her younger brother. This has become one of my favourite films of all time, next to Pan’s Labyrinth… I think I just really like labyrinths. From the production design, characters and the musical numbers which are all sun by David Bowie himself, it is truly a classic film that was hated when it was released, but now has a large cult following that I gladly follow. 5/5 Stars. @SeraphinaWilliams of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board Labyrinth is a film about a girl who goes on a journey to retrieve her brother who has been taken by goblin king, who is played by David Bowie! On her journey, she meets some new friends who help her out. The film is very unique and is very entertaining. It even has David Bowie singing in it! This film is very special to me because it reminds me of watching it when I was younger, though the puppets still scare me. I recommend this film to anyone interested in interesting, fun stories like this, and to anyone who likes David Bowie. I rate this film 5/5. -Gummibee11 of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board
