***SPOILERS*** This the final book to “The Fifth Waves” series. In this riveting finale Earth’s survivors must decide what’s more important saving themselves or saving what makes them human. This final book does not disappoint, the ending is unforgettable; almost haunting. The main theme of this series is still prominent in this final book, hold on to what makes you human. This book will have you feeling everything you could think of confusion, anger, fear, joy, and everything in between. It’s an amazing read if you’ve read the first two books it’s a science fiction, and thriller all in one, perfect for young adults @ve_teenreview of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library I had very high expectations for this book, since I loved The Infinite Sea so much. It was an interesting story, but there was just so much of it, with many unnecessary twists. I was disappointed when I did not get a further explanation about the aliens. I also was hoping for more information on who exactly Evan is, but I guess those things were just meant to be left unknown. Although I wasn’t completely interested in this book, it was a good finale to the series, and I would recommend. @teen_reader19 of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
