I suggested to purchase the Vol. 2, 3 and 4 of this series, but they were not approved because it did not conform to the library buying policies. Yet, here is the first volume of the series. Can you please explain why buying the next volumes in this series does not conform to library purchasing policies?

When the western audience was introduced to the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers some twenty years ago, they were swept off their feet because there wasn't really anything else like it; a team of teens fighting evil aliens with their karate moves and giant robots... Sure, everything was kinda ridiculous, but it was so in an awesome way. The show never stopped running, but it never was quite the same either, and yet now it is seeing a resurgence. This is the reboot that fans have been waiting for, but it has also been modernized to appeal to teen readers who might not be fueled by the same depth of nostalgia for it. The character stories and interactions are given more attention than the action, because the mindset of everyone effects the team dynamic and story completely. However, the action sequences that are present are quite bold, although, they can be a bit confusing if you don't pay close attention to each image. For newcomers, the story may give initial pause, as this comic picks up after the Green Ranger Tommy has changed allegiances, but volume one does a lot to bring you up to speed, and does do a good job of establishing all its characters. Love interests are suggested, teenage troubles are introduced, and the villains are much better than remembered. It's more cool than campy, and we're okay with that.
