Don't waste your time. This guy is a whiner, and trying to make a buck. He makes HSP look like helpless special snowflakes rather than providing support and information beyond common sense. I had all that figured out already.
I know that sounds harsh, but check the reviews on GoodReads for further enlightenment. I am not alone in this evaluation. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time on this book.
