I have trouble sleeping. And it's not just because I have a 7 month old. I've always had the problem. This book has a lot of great insight on our sleeping patterns and thoughtful recommendations on how to improve your rest. I can't say I'm cured but I have checked out a SAD lamp from the library, started working in naps when I can, changed my sleeping position and I actually have seen an improvement. If you suffer from poor sleeping habits, I would recommend giving this a read and trying out some of the techniques.
