This book was very helpful to provide insights into what is holding me back in my career. I recommend it for anyone - women in the workplace or mentors, parents of daughters, and young women in general.

I really feel that this book conveys some very important statistics and messages for women entering the working world. For example, the points made about when men vs women will apply for a job based on the number of the qualifications they have was a sobering reality for me. I keep some of these messages in mind constantly!
