Unfortunately, many of the intended readers will not be able to read this 8-9 point print version without a magnifying glass and Ott light. I'll have to wait for the large print or Kindle version.

This is a book that people with chronic illnesses, especially ones like autoimmune disease or high cholesterol, will want to read. The concept is simple: eat what our genome evolved to eat and you will probably be healthy. Dr. Davis gives a scathing look at how the pharmaceutical and medical system as they stand today, have not really given us health if we suffer from certain conditions. By rejecting not just wheat, but all grains and sugar, it seems to be possible to keep many problems at bay. Worth at read if you learn nothing more than to 'follow the money' in regards to health care, or as Dr. Davis calls it 'wealth care'.
