Mortimer is looking for love. And he's looking everywhere! He's worked out at the gym (if only his arm wouldn't keep falling off). He's tried ballroom dancing lessons (but the ladies found him to be a bit stiff). He's even been on stalemate.com. How's a guy supposed to find a ghoul? When it seems all hope has died, could the girl of Mortimer's dreams be just one horrifying shriek away?

This book is unbelievably hilarious and NOT just for children! (Although it makes a great companion read to "Cinderella Skeleton".)
Everything about this book is awesome- the story, the illustrations, the puns, the sly humour! The little maggots are adorable in a disgusting, dead flesh kind of way! I love this book!

Poor Mortimer... he just couldn't catch a break! No girl wanted to date this decomposing prince. Until one day, when he meets the girl of his dreams... I just loved this story - it's sweet, simple humour for all ages!

For the child who loves a good laugh and isn't afraid of a little dark humour.
