Trixie can't wait to bring her one-of-a-kind Knuffle Bunny to school and show him off to everyone. But when she gets there, she sees something awful: Sonja has the same bunny. Suddenly, Knuffle Bunny doesn't seem so one-of-a-kind anymore. Chaos ensues until the bunnies are taken away by Ms. Greengrove. After school, Trixie finally gets her beloved bunny back. But in the middle of the night, Trixie realizes something. She has the wrong bunny! Daddy comes to the rescue again as a midnight swap is arranged with the other bunny, the other little girl, and the other daddy. Needless to say, the daddies are not very happy. By the end of the story Trixie has her beloved bunny back, but she has also gained something new: her very first best friend. In the tradition of the Caldecott Honor-winner KNUFFLE BUNNY: A CAUTIONARY TALE, this is another heartfelt, hilarious picture book that children (and their parents) will love.

This says it all for young children's problem solving. I use it to help children with autism to see through another's point of view.

Great story and I loved that the parents are meeting out on the streets in the middle of the night to exchange their daughter's Knuffle Bunnies! Hilarious!

While this book didn't keep my 2 year old's attention, my 4 year old wanted to read it again and again.

Knuffle Bunny Too takes up a few years after the first book. Trixie is going to pre-kindergarten and is talking up a storm. She brings her one of a kind Knuffle Bunny to show and tell. Only to find out that another girl in her class has the same bunny.

Through a series of events, Trixie takes home the wrong bunny, which she realizes in the middle of the night. Can Trixie's parents get her bunny back so everyone can get some sleep.

Like the first book, Mo Willems has mixed photos of real life New York with his drawings. This unique style of illustration lends an almost cinematic feel to the story. Another outstanding book from one of the best picture book author/illustrators out there.

Like the first book, this one is also illustrated using photography and art. It tells the story of a girl, her favorite stuffed toy and its loss.

Mo Willems has that rare ability to entertain adults as much as children. While children are absorbed in the tale of the lost knuffle bunny, adults can delight in the father's unfortunate 5 o'clock shadow.
