Decent movie to watch. The kids should like this one.

This movie surprised me, in all good ways. It was not what I was expecting based on the previews. But it was so much better than that!

It featured the unreliable narration of an overly imaginative child as he coped with gaining a younger brother. The writers definitely tapped into the imagination of children and how their imaginations worked. I could definitely relate to the main character, as he saw the world the same way I did as a child. The movie was funny, poignant, and sweet. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this film! Just saw a special $1 showing Aug 7 2018 in San Diego, CA. Rated it 7of5stars! Very funny moments and *nuances* throughout, the joy of family and having a brother, childhood imagination, and a clever plot/backstory to boot! Great for kids and parents. Very young kids under 6 probably won't get it. Highly recommended. I was even crying a lot happily toward and at the end. Aww....

This movie is about a young boy named Timothy Templeton who is happy living with his parents and no siblings. One day a baby arrives at their doorstep, literally! Tim is scared that he is going to have to share his parents' love and attention, but one night, Tim hears the baby talking on the phone with a mature voice. Failing to cover up his identity, the baby reveals that he is Boss Baby from Baby Corp. where babies “actually” come from. Apparently, he is on a mission to protect the baby's love and if Tim wants to live with his parents only again then he must work with Boss Baby. This movie was very hilarious and the other baby characters that work for Boss Baby were cute and funny too. I loved how this movie portrayed what most childhoods looked like with their siblings, with many adventures, fights, and cuddles. Overall, the movie was very enjoyable especially with the whole family, I would definitely recommend this. 5/5 stars

“Boss Baby” is a very cute family-friendly comedy. It is about imaginative seven-year-old Tim Templeton who finds his share of parental love decreasing more and more by the day. Who is the culprit? It’s his new baby brother (Alec Baldwin) of course! There is something about this baby...maybe how he is always sporting a suit, tie and briefcase! The baby makes it clear that HE is in charge and Tim hates it. However, this baby is on a mission and Tim teams up with him for a crazy funny adventure. This movie is perfect for watching with your family and it will make you laugh out loud! I rate this movie 4/5, I would recommend.

This was really nice movie. It was really funny and it clearly shows the struggles of having a new baby brother or sister. The thing I liked most about the movie was the fact that there was a completely different world of babies. That was hilarious! In this movie, seven year old Tim finds out that he is getting a baby brother. What he didn't expect was the baby to come in a taxi with a suit on and with a briefcase in his hand! Soon, the baby explains where he comes from, why he is here, and what Tim can do to help him, and get rid of him for good, so that Tim can happily live with his mom and dad as a family of three once again. Tim agrees to help the adorable baby. My favourite part in the movie is the beginning, when it shows how babies come into the world. The fictional process was very fun to watch. It also shows how ticklish kids enter into a world with a loving family, whereas non ticklish babies work in a place called "Baby Corp". The story was unique and was pretty interesting and funny. The only parts I found boring were when Tim starts imagining random things. Those parts didn't really go well with the story. Apart from that, I really enjoyed watching this movie and I would definitely recommend watching this movie. Rating- 4/5

Clever and took a plot twist that I was not expecting. As an adult viewer, it was cute, clever and offered enough complexity to keep me interested. I enjoyed the concept of babies fighting for their 'market share'. Even better would have been a battle between the babies and cell phones!

Not what I was expecting but a unique story that's both sweet and funny. I love Alec Baldwin and his dry humor is a perfect fit for this character.

Not as good as I was expecting. Fast forwarded. A good movie for kids though.

I'm not too sure who this movie is for.

Alec Baldwin's performance is a callback to his previous roles as managers (most notably Glengarry Glen Ross), so that's a nod adults would get, but there's plenty enough butts and snappy slapstick that would grab kids' attention. I wasn't a big fan of either.

Tim: [regarding Baby Corp] So this whole place is run by babies?

Boss Baby: Yep.

Tim: My dad says "Those who can, do. And those who can't, supervise."

Boss Baby: Your father is a hippie.

***Spoiler Alert***

Throughout history... people have loved babies more than anything in the world. We've always been a must-have item... number one on every wish list. Puppies were merely accessories. But all that changed when the puppies began coming out... with new designer models. Each one more adorable than the last.
Well, see this pie chart? Wow, it looks like a giant pie. It represents all the love there is in the world. ... Point is, the puppies' slice is getting bigger and bigger. They're stealing all our love!
-Just like you did to me.
Exactly. And if this keeps up... there might not be enough pie left for babies.
Imagine a puppy that never grows up. A puppy that stays a puppy forever. Once I launch my Forever Puppies to every corner of the world... they'll be so adorable... no one will ever want a baby ever, ever again.

Survival of the fittest. It is the law of the jungle. There is always someone trying to take away what is yours.
I'm already making progress with parents. The usual procedure: sleep deprivation, hunger strikes. They are very confused. I have them eating out of my hand. They do everything for me.
I'm seven and a half.
-Exactly! You're old. It's time to make way for the next generation. It's the way of the world. You would never ask your parents for an old toy. Everyone wants the hot, new thing.
The path to success is not a straight line, Templeton... but rather a wild ride... like a ship at sea. And you're a sea captain... taming a turbulent ocean!
Watch your stern!
- Aye! Dodge, parry, and thrust!
Sounds like a heck of a law firm!
Chicks dig babies. The people of Long Island do not know how to make an iced tea.
