I'm rating/commenting only on the reader in the audio book. I disliked his style and didn't want to listen any longer. I'll read this book instead.
Honestly, I didn't know what to think! I read the China Study before this one and that book stresses the importance of a high-carb diet--the exact opposite of this one! So I'll contradict both doctors: neither diet is the better diet. Every person is different and saying that ALL people should follow this ONE diet is like saying that ALL the locks of the world can be unlocked by ONE key. Some people do better with more fat/protein in their diets and other are at their optimum when they eat mainly carbohydrates. People should do what makes them be at their best.
