I've been reading MC since Black Ice, very much a fan. He's always informative on a large scope of various crimes & an excellent writer. If asked, I'd always suggest to start with his earliest writing & work forward just for the development of the characters & his style. Not my favorite narrator nor what I imagine the characters might sound. It may be boring to many, but I've read or listened to all his books more than once over the years.

Bosch & Rebus, my favorite fictional characters.
