BEtter-than-average tale of a would-be actress that gets involved with a movie company known for horror films. In this case, the film company is a cult. There is a bit of satirical commentary about Hollywood weaved throughout. Worth a look if you like horror films with an occultish flavor.

I enjoyed this movie for the most part. The story line isn't played out, it keeps you interested through out & the main actress wasn't 'cookie cutter,' which made her relateable. It's definitely more creepy then scary, there are also a few weird twists that will make you scratch your head & if you're not a fan of blood & guts, I wouldn't recommend this movie. Watch yourself & be the judge.

A slow start to a terrifying end. This movie will stay with me for awhile.

Determined to make it as an actress in Hollywood, Sarah Walker spends her days working a dead-end job, enduring petty friendships and going on countless casting calls in hopes of catching her big break.

After a series of strange auditions, Sarah lands the leading role in a new film from a mysterious production company. But with this opportunity comes bizarre ramifications that will transform her both mentally and physically into something beautiful... and altogether terrifying.

From the producer of Cheap Thrills and Jodorowsky’s Dune, Dennis Widmyer & Kevin Kolsch’s STARRY EYES is an occult tale of ambition, possession, and the true cost of fame.
