The trailer made this look much better than it actually was, which is a shame since there are some great actors (Malcom Mcdowell, Lance Henriksen, Keith David, Adrian Paul and Richard Moll) within it's cast. It's a "family" style horror comedy that can be enjoyed with tweens on up. The main plot concerns six wealthy people trying to dispose of their "troublesome" children. At the outset, it's easy to see which kids are going to survive the "reform school". Cheezy dialog abounds, but there are some clever creatures (Mr. Beet, in particular).
