Our book club found this title to be surprisingly accessible with great ingredients, well balanced dishes and plenty of veggie options. Going well beyond typical tapas, this book provides the home cook with great inspiration for entertaining and weeknight meals. We recommend this book for cooks looking for inspiration in the kitchen and those who want travel to Spain through food.
