I really enjoyed this book. The author's style of writing is appealing. Her detail descriptions regarding events of the civil war, were informative; as well as engaging to read.
I will read the rest of the Refiner's series.

I really loved this book! It was so exciting and properly written. The one thing I didn't like was the many romance parts. I liked when she first met the guy and it was funny and stuff but I don't think he had to have so much detail later about it...
