Lois Lane is starting a new life in Metropolis. Lois has lived all over - and seen all kinds of things. But now her family is putting down roots in the big city, and Lois is determined to fit in. Stay quiet. Keep out of trouble. As soon as she steps into her new high school, though, she can see it won't be that easy. A group known as the Warheads is making life miserable for another girl at school. They're messing with her mind somehow, via the high-tech immersive videogame they all play. Not cool. Armed with her wit and her new snazzy job as a reporter, Lois has her sights set on solving this mystery. But sometimes it's all a bit much. Thank goodness for her maybe-more-than-a friend, someone she knows only by his screenname, SmallvilleGuy...

Callout is such an amazing read. It is so intense and it really grab's the audience's attention. My eyes were glued to this book the whole time. Also, what made this book interesting is the fact that Lois Lane is a character from the DC comics. I really enjoyed reading this action-packed book.

Lois Lane is a kick-butt reporter, but most stories have her overshadowed by Superman. This reimagining of the Superman universe fixes that problem by putting a teen Lois Lane front- and- center in a teen science fiction mystery that is sure to have you turning the page. While it may not be the most complicated plot line ever, the story is engaging, the stakes feel real, and the update to the story feels seamless. — Cassandra J., St. Anthony Library

I'm older then the rec. grade of 7-10. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE Superman. Am a big Clois shipper. So when I saw a Lois Lane story, I had to get it. (Cause its not just Superman that makes a great tale. Its Lois Lane, who doesn't have any powers, who can't leap in a single bound, yet can always stand her own WITH Superman...)

Readed it at home and work. Took about a week and have to say, you can not go wrong with this story!!!... IF you can't read and need help ask family, they'll surly love this as well...

Its a mordern take on the classic tale of DC comics. Only with hardly any hint of a DC people written in... not inculding the online friend of ''SmallvilleGuy''...(hint hint who that might be.?.)
Lois is in her teens, just trying to make it under the radar at a new school but when she see injustice, she has no choice but to stand up for what she Knows is RIGHT.

Across between Veronica Mars, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Smallville. Only Lois Lane is the true star Here.
Not like you've seen her before. But a Kick Butt, Take your name and write on your Facebook page about everything that you wronged to a person in your entire life, clear out your bank accounts, call you cell so much that you have to change you name and move out of State... only that won't stop Lois Lane.
