Great book! I've lost 93 pounds in 5 years, mostly due to life style changes for type O and from working with a chiropractor for nutrition. I have been able to get off 5 meds and have only been sick one 24 hr period for the last year. I recommend my chiropractor, Natalie Dousette, D.C. in Edina, MN.
