I absolutely adore Sejic's art, but you know what's even better? Reading a book about BDSM by someone who actually knows what he's talking about. The characters aren't just stereotypes, and while a lot of the scenes are over-the-top elaborate, you see things like doms/dommes planning everything out to ensure safety, etc.

I highly recommend this one - I've bought copies for people, even. It's racy but not rediculously graphic.

This absolutely gorgeous graphic novel illustrates a special kind of romance between two young professional women. The colour artwork is amazing and the main characters are both very realistic and extremely likable. There isn't very much of a plot in this series.

This continues the graphic novel series by writer-artist Stjepan Sejic, looking at the unorthodox sexual relationship between two women. As before, the story is written with humour and strong characterization. The leading characters and the supporting characters are all well rendered and given depth and complexity throughout. Ally and Lisa's relationship is in a state of evolution at this point, with complications added into the mix. The series is a whole lot of fun, sexy... and meant for an adult readership and certainly not the prudish!

Second volume in a story that's unconventional, but very effective. Part romance, part character study, part humour, and part erotica, Sunstone tells the story of the evolving relationship between two women, a domme and a sub, in a BDSM context. The characterization, dialogue, and sense of humour in the leading characters as well as supporting characters is strongly rendered. This time out has Ally opening up more to Lisa about aspects of her past that she's not proud of. Obviously this is meant for an adult readership.

Yes, it's kinky and sexy... but this first volume of a collected digital series by the writer-artist Stjepan Sejic is also strongly written, with a good sense of humour, rich characterization, and two leading characters who are tremendously likeable as they set out on the beginning of a very unusual relationship. For obvious reasons, this book is a mature readers only book, but it is well worth the read.
