Some quotes in IMDb but not these below:

What are you doing here?
-l came to pay my respects.
He could've used your respect while he was alive.
===
l'm very sorry about your father.
-Don't feel sorry for me. You don't know me. You're a picture on a piano.

You're a big man, but you're out of shape. With me, it's a full-time job. (Similarly said in the 1971 original.)
===
This is the new world, brother. I'm on-line. My girls. My business. While you're running around chasing deadbeats for some fxcking asshole. . . l'm swimming in the big pool, baby. l got the juice around here now. l hooked up with this freak and this foreign guy. Created my own little empire. Look at you. The little man versus the start-up. You got a problem with me? Let me tell you something, Jack. l think you should take a very big moment. . . and just think about where you are. Because this ain't yesterday, slick.

Instead of in his prime hard-man Michael Caine, London and Newscastle in 1971, this remake is with an aging hard-man Stallone, Las Vegas and Seattle in 2000, but with basically similar plot updated with modern scenes and American flavor. Like the British version, requires full attention to appreciate the plot. Plus is the film was able to enlist Caine to play in a substantial role in it. Minus are the film had Caine played a substantial role in it and its inability to close with the dramatic ending of the original (one would think there are worthy vistas in or near Seattle.) Broadly panned by critics relative to the 1971 original:
24% Metacritic
12% Rotten Tomatoes
5.1/10 IMDb
