Love this! The recipes are so simple. Often, I feel like to make these staples requires many ingredients that I don't have but these have minimal and simple ingredient staples so it's much less intimidating and easier to make. I bookmarked so many pages and am considering buying the book to keep forever!

This is such a fabulous book. It will enable you to re-create all sorts of childhood (non-vegan) food items. The author, Miyoko is also the creator of the BEST line of non-dairy cheeses ever made --- Miyoko's Kitchen and her food is incredibly delicious.

Great book for creating vegan staples at home. You could save hundreds of dollars a year (and eat better quality food) just using 1-2 of Miyoko's recipes for vegan staples such as "unchicken" patties!

We did this and promptly kept forgetting what we had stored in bins. Safe but tells you how much you rely on recognizing packaging.
