This is a great workout if you don't like going to the gym or if the weather is inclement.
It's a gentle, but effective workout that hits all of the muscles (upper body, lower body, core etc.) It also helps with balance and flexibility as well.
You don't need much space or any equipment. Also it is low impact (although in the 40 min. walk there are 2 short burst of "boosted walking" or jogging in place).
I'm not too crazy about the music, but it is upbeat and keeps you going.
