Compared to the Netflix series on the punisher this movie doesn't do it but compared to the original punisher movie this is a better interpretation.
I really liked this second Punisher movie. Ray Steveson is awesome as Frank. The story was okay, and the villains were mad literally. Not for younger fans.
Good sequel to "Punisher 2004" as the vigilante had now become a hardened killer of bad men, this time against mobster "Jigsaw" and his brother "Loony Bin Jim." A decent watch for black superheroes genre fans.
Uh... wow. Splatterbrains when you say fun for the whole family, your referring to a family where everyone is eighteen years or older, right?
The punisher just how I remember him in the comics. Dark, extreme & brutal. Nitty, gritty, guts & gory fun for the whole family. check it out.
This wasn't the worst movie I've ever seen, it is far from being good. I fast forwarded a lot but not all the way. Just another shootem up bangem up move. Very predictable.
Hard to believe that most of the people commenting here liked this movie. I felt like I was watching a horror flick masquerading as a Marvel movie....and I HATE horror flicks. This movie was ridiculously gross and tasteless in the level of violence. If that's your thing, good for you. If not, you've been warned. I don't think it was better than the Thomas Jane Punisher (and that in itself is saying something).
Gratuitous and completely unconnected to the previous Punisher movie starring Thomas Jane, who was superior in the role to Ray Stephenson here. "Jigsaw" and his nutjob brother make decent villains, but overall the film was forgettable.
Good action movie.
