Add a CommentI saw this before but didn't remember any of it. I don't like Gere so that interfered but not enough. Norton stole the show.
WoW! Saw this when it first came out and the hair on my neck stood straight out and I could hardly breathe. I was younger and more scared, yeah, but on DVD Gere and Norton are still the best actors out there. From beginning to end the Director grabs you by your neck and pulls you around until you see the credits go by. You won't need popcorn, you won't be able to chew.
I'd give the brilliant ending 5 stars, but the buildup was so slowww.
Evin better the second time around ! Great performances. Twisting story.

Very-well Done! Wonderful, talented Cast! Great story! This movie doesn't disappoint! I highly recommed it! The only detail I would have changed is the Cover on the DVD box..
An interesting plot with several twists.
This was a great movie with strong performances from both Richard Gere and especially Ed Norton. The ending blew me away. I've been aware of Ed Norton for a long time but just haven't watched a lot of his movies until lately and I'm very impressed with his acting.
You have to watch the extras on this particulary the proces of finally choosing Edward for the part.
I watched this several times because once I saw the film, watched it again with the commentaries.
