This DVD is subtitled "Wake Up Exercises to do Every Morning," but she goes super fast through the movements, double or triple time to what I think would be appropriate for a morning stretch. She is a dancer by training, so she assumes you know just by watching her what you should do, rather than explaining form (like hold your abdomen tight here). This is NOT a gentle stretching video for the morning, but a jump-right-in plunge made up of fast, jerky movements. I would think you could easily hurt yourself if you tried to follow along. I quickly gave up and just listened to the music and did my own gentle stretching.
