I love Nigel Slater's recipes. He keeps things very simple (usually only 5 or 6 ingredients) and nourishing. This is a great cookbook if you are looking for simple, yummy food options.
Disappointing, not very practical.
Ok- not what I was looking for
Very British -- which means sometimes it is simple and delicious, and sometimes it is something no one in your family will eat.
