This is the sequel where Biff Tannen uses the DeLorean time machine to become a Donald Trump surrogate just as sleazy, disgusting and stupid as the genuine clinical psychopath.
That used to be something we all joked about decades ago, when the notion of that obnoxious blowhard as president was a permanent running gag in American culture.
📆 So I watched this over Zoom with my colleagues Baba_Looey and NioNoire, my retired friend ManlyMachinist, and his serious slacker partners Jimmie Beam and Jack Daniels. Here are some of our comments.
(*Movie quote*): "Marty, whatever you do, DON'T go to 2020!"
"Spanning the years from 1985-1990, this trilogy had its share of good moments, and not-so-good moments too."
"In spite of its flaws and faults, I found Back to the Future to be a fun and exciting romp (for the most part)."
"If you are willing to cut this 80s trilogy some serious slack, I'm seriously certain you'll get some serious entertainment value out of watching Back to the Future (for the most part)."
"I mean - Let's face it - Biff, Griff, and Mad Dog Tannen all fall in a pile of m*n*re at some point. Now how likely is that? It's like it was fated to happen!"
The ultimate blockbuster adventure movie. Fun and re watchable with an airtight script.
This movie had a great story, it was funny. I give this movie a 5 star rating.
Excellent movie. It was fast paced, funny, and the characters were engaging.
The Back to The Future trilogy is one of the best trilogies ever made!
You definitely have to watch the series a couple of times.
Hope you like time travel...
It was an Ok movie. Nothing spectacular about it. It is worth watching a least once.
Classic film. But you know how you watch something after 30 years and realize how cheesy some of the props are compared to the Special FX and computerization in today's movies. Great story but too much swearing for a younger audience which we got through with chuckles from a 8 and 10 year old.
this is the best out of all three!!! in MY opinion. number three is the worst!! number one is... OKAY I GUESS.
This movie is a classic! It makes me feel like I can accomplish anything in this world!
It can be difficult to categorize great movies with the rest, especially when these movies thoroughly inspire and change people. Back To The Future is one of these movies, in the sense that it changed an entire generation's perspective of what the future may be like, thus causing us to realize what may lie ahead and prepare for it. The movie itself is quite quirky and fun to watch- whether it be for Doc Brown's questionable shenanigans or Marty's royal mess-ups, Back To The Future never gets old even if you've seen it millions of times. I find that its convoluted plotline gives the audience a chance to really sink into its situations, where it helps us to see what Marty needs to fix, it helps us to feel the pressure Marty needs to suppress and it helps us to picture the realities of each problem that Marty experiences. Stephen Spielberg did an incredible job in directing this movie as well, where (unlike in other movies,) you can really picture the creative genius that was present behind the scenes. In short, I found Back To The Future to be amongst one of those great movies people always refer back to where realistically, it cannot be categorized as average, as it was ahead of its time and simply brilliant to watch. 5/5. @showmethemonet! of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board
Back to The Future is a very wonderful and entertaining film. It's definitely one of the most iconic movies of all time, especially for it's time! Not to mention, it definitely predicted the future about some stuff. The film is very exciting, and is definitely one of those movies that you can watch a thousand times, and still be entertained by it! If you haven't watched this film yet, go watch it! It's definitely worth it. Personally, this is one of my favourite movies of all time. I recommend this film to anyone who hasn't seen this yet! I give this movie a 5/5. @Gummibee11 of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
This movie is a cinematic classic dating all the way back to the 80’s. The science fiction film follows teenager Marty McFly and his scientist friend Doc, after an experiment goes wrong and Marty is sent back in time to when his parents were teenagers. This crazy and cool film portrays what it was like to be a teenager in different time frames, as well as the relationship between parent and child. As Marty McFly fights to keep his parents together and races back to the present before it is too late, you will be left on the edge of your seat in awe. I would rate this film 4.5/5 stars and recommend it to those who love classic movies and science fiction adventures.

Back to the Future is a classic movie that everybody should watch. No other film has done time travel as good as this one. It has a fun feeling to it and doesn't take itself too seriously. The main characters, Marty Mcfly and Doc Brown, are funny and lovable. Give the movie a watch, you won't regret it! 5 stars

I really don't think or want to go back in time. Time travel in itself is impossible according to mathematics, and I do believe in math. If don't why do any of you live? Do you make money if so math is involved so if you don't believe in math give me all your money. So you can't say it doesn't exist when you deal with it everyday. But I did love all the back to future movies anyway, hey its Hollywood.
I love this movie! It is so funny to watch PT.2 and see what they thought 2015 was going to be like! I was so happy to see what else happens to Marty!
Good movie that will never be history...but some part may not be suitable for children.
Is the future as awesome as we envisioned back in 1989? October 21, 2015 is Back to the Future Day, marking the day Marty and Doc arrive in the future to save Marty's children. Grab your holographic hat, your hoverboard and a copy of the second "Back to the Future" Movie at your library.
I like all of the actors and the story's imaginative. I remember being wowed by the flying skateboard when I was young
Probably one of thee most amazing, exciting, outstandingly well done movies you'll ever watch... period.
A crazy scientist builds a time machine out of a DeLorean™. During "testing" things get a little out of hand and his teenage sidekick ends up travelling back in time. Special effects and dialogue combine to convey an entertaining story while setting up the characters and scenes for the entire trilogy.
